  1. Stuck in Uk so far away from IONE we follow your progress with vicarious interest. I think that Gomera is my favourite Canary I. I’ve been there 4 or 5 times: The road across the top to the Valley Grand Rey is magnificent with the lichen covered laurels in the mist; the little beach by the Club through the tunnel by the marina was also a favourite.       It’s wonderful to hear from you. We can imagine how frustrated you must feel about not being able to get down to YPC and embark in your IONA.
      We agree with you about La Gomera. The vistas and varied micro climates took our breath away.

  2. Dave and Vicky, I so enjoy reading of your adventures aboard AFS. Your upcoming crossing of the Atlantic will, I am sure be another exciting adventure.
