  1. Vicky – do hope you recover rapidly. We are now back in Cartagena for a month of maintenance and pleasure. Do let us know if you plan to pass through UK at any time.
Best wishes to you both – Sarah & Tony

    1. Hello Sarah & Tony. It’s always a joy to hear from you! We hope we’ll see in the fall or early winter.

Vicki was never really ill; mostly just blah and with fatigue. She’s almost fully recovered now.

We are still in Grand Cayman waiting to be released from quarantine, which is now on its 15th day due to a (+) test on day #10. And (ironically ,we write to you two from the UK) we are also waiting for a set of adapter fittings to convert 1/4″ BSPP threads on a Raymarine hyrdaulic pump made in the UK to 1/4″NPT threads on the hoses we have on board or locally fabricated.

We expect to be released from isolation later today. Fingers crossed. The adapter fittings we’re not so sure about…

  2. So, how is Vicky now? Been a few days since your last blog entry. Is she coming out of the COVID indication? Hopes for a good report.

    1. Hi Harvey. We hope you and Charlotte are doing well.
Vicki and I are vaccinated and boosted, and her case was very mild, even if the fatigue has lingered.
She’s nearly fully recovered, and we’re hoping to be released from isolation later today!
      Take care!
